HoamatWeb general terms and conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen)
The general terms and conditions of HoamatWeb (Daniel Mühlthaler) are available in German only. The German version is the only binding version; there is no English translation.
The terms apply to contracts with business customers (B2B) for web design, website development and related agency services. Individual agreements, the contract and the offer take precedence over them.
